When attempting to log in to our training site, and you receive the error that your account is "Inactive," one of two things is happening.
1. The MES on your license is expired. We do not allow access to our training site if your MES is expired. If that is the case, please submit a ticket to let us know you would like to update your MES, and we will send a quote.
2. The training site deactivated the account due to inactivity. If your MES is current, then please submit a ticket and let us know your account is deactivated. We will manually activate your account.
