If you need to deactivate your license for any reason, please follow these simple steps:
1. Within the software, navigate to the Help tab
2. Click 'Deactivate License' on the left side menu
3. Follow the directions on the screen
Deactivating a license through the online License Portal is recommended if you no longer have access to the computer on which the license was first activated.
You may deactivate the license through the License Portal through the “License Details” page of the portal. Clicking on the red “X” button for an existing installation will remotely deactivate that installation and the “Activate Online” window will be shown the next time a user opens BA on that machine.
If you are still having trouble deactivating, please submit a ticket.
