Cover Rubber Constants

In the CEMA 6th Universal power calculation method, rubber indentation in taken into account. The current calculation method uses rubber resistance combined with the bottom cover gauge, idler diameter and belt speed to approximate friction. However, there is not yet an option for changing rubber properties to reflect the differences between normal rubber and "low power rubber" currently being offered by some manufacturers. Therefore on the "Cover Rubber Constants" line, the default vslue will alwasy say "CEMA Defaults". This will change in future versions when the newer rubber compound data become available.
