Increased Tension and Shaft Sizes switching from 10 to 12

Changes in the Program Mean that in Belt Analyst v12 will not accept a 0 lbs weight for pulleys, and so the default values are used. Since the default pulley weights are used, and they are not 0 lbs as in the version 10 file, the total mass of the system is increased.

The increase in mass of the system means there is a greater chance of drive slip during starting if the same amount of torque is input, so the required takeup tension is increased. With this increased required takeup tension, there is more load on the pulleys, and that is why there is higher shaft deflection.
