Receive Error Message "INVALID SITE KEY" When Authorizing Program

Problem: When attempting to authorize the program, and error message pops up indicating that the Site Key is invalid.

Possible Cause: If the Site Key is entered manually, it is possible that the letter O was inserted instead of a zero.

Solution: When entering a Site Key into the program, it will not accept the letter O. Try replacing this with a zero or simply copy and paste the Site Key our support staff has sent you directly into the Site Key field. If this still does not resolve the issue, submit a support ticket and we would be happy to assist you with authorizing the program.
